Mum
You spend so much of your time taking care of everyone else, but who is taking care of you?

If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, or like you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way, please know that you are not alone! Parenting can feel relentless, with the constant juggle, the worry for your kids, and the pressure to keep everything together.

As a Mum and a Therapist, I understand how heavy this can feel!

Together, we can work through the stress, the racing thoughts, the low moods, and start building strategies that help you feel calmer, more balanced, and more like you again.

You deserve to feel good again!

Your Child
It can be so hard to see your child struggling with anxiety, school stress, friendship worries, low confidence, or even just big emotions!

Maybe you’ve noticed changes in their behaviour; maybe they are having trouble sleeping, withdrawing from their friends, becoming upset more easily, or seeming really down. As a parent, it can be heartbreaking not knowing how to help, and it’s normal to question yourself - “What am I missing? What am I doing wrong? How do I solve this?”.

What your child needs is support, skills, and a safe space to talk. I help children feel heard and understood while teaching them practical tools to cope with worries, to build confidence, and to manage their big emotions in healthy ways. Over time we want to see their anxiety ease, their self-esteem grow, and see them start to feel happier, calmer, and more confident in themselves!

My role is to support both you and your child, so you don’t feel like you’re carrying this alone!

Success Stories

Amanda, 36, busy mum of three enters therapy for help with managing stress and overwhelm.

Amanda had become so busy and stressed out that everything became overwhelming and heavy. Juggling the kids, work and life in general, was becoming very draining. Thoughts that she was failing were creeping in.

So, she decided to reach out for support.

Amanda wanted to be able to handle things better, cope with the stress and to feel genuinely good again!

During counselling, Amanda was able to get a lot of thoughts and feelings off her chest, which allowed her to see her situation clearer. She realised she was taking care of everyone around her but not taking care of herself. She discovered that talking things through helped her feel lighter and that taking care of herself then allows her to take care of others in a way that she preferred to.

Amanda was able to reflect on what is important to her in her life and to refocus. Taking better care of herself gave her the space to slow down, relax and be present in her life.

If you are ready to reclaim your joy, then let’s get started today!
